ASSOCIATION DUES

Homeowner’s dues are necessary for the upkeep, improvement and maintenance of common areas in our neighborhood.  Fees are used to pay for expenses such as mowing and landscape, repair and maintenance of sprinkler system and signs, water and electrical fees, printing and mailing costs for newsletters, legal services, web hosting, annual neighborhood picnic, insurance and other fees.

DUES ARE MANDATORY

*IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING 2026 ANNUAL DUES – DUES FOR 2026 ARE $220.00 AND ARE DUE BY JAN 31st, 2026.

The annual dues statements have been delayed this year due to a delay getting a new payment alternative implemented. Because of this delay, additional time is being given to pay your dues. Please make payment no later than JANUARY 31, 2026. You now have the option of making your payment online! Credit card, debit card and ACH electronic check are the online options available. THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE OF $6.37 FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS. Of course, a check can be mailed to the P.O. Box below for those who do not wish to use the online feature (and to avoid the online payment fee). Please scan the QR code below to make your payment online.
