Kingsridge has two neighborhood garage sales per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. As you put think about spring cleaning inside and outside, consider participating in our spring garage sale. The dates selected for our spring neighborhood garage sale will be Thursday, April 24 through Saturday, April 26, 2025. The HOA will advertise and place signage at the entrances to our neighborhood, but each homeowner is responsible for their own permit. The City of Oklahoma City requires that residents obtain a permit to hold a garage sale. To obtain a garage sale permit and rules for garage sales in Oklahoma City please visit www.okc.gov.
Kingsridge HOA is planning our annual homeowners’ picnic for June. It will be held in the grassy area to the east of the YMCA on Kingsridge Drive. The picnic is open to all Kingsridge residents at 12:15 on Saturday, June 7th. This may seem like an odd time, but we purposely plan around the noon sirens! The HOA provides the lunch, so please come join us for lunch and get to know someone new in our neighborhood. Our regular monthly meeting will follow the lunch, so come with any questions or constructive input. Don’t forget to bring your own chair or blanket for seating!!!
Kingsridge Yard of the Month begins in June. The HOA Board will select the best maintained yard, which includes the lawn, tree and shrub maintenance, and flowerbeds. The homes with the most beautiful yards will be selected approximately the second week of June, July and August. The winner each month will be allowed to have the “Kingsridge Yard of the Month” sign in their yard until the next month’s recipient is chosen. Each recipient will also receive a $200 gift card. We are looking to the friendly competition to begin!
