Kingsridge’s ” Yard of the Month” begins in June each year and covers the months of June, July and August. The HOA Board selects the best maintained yard, which includes the lawn, tree and shrub maintenance, as well as the flowerbeds. The homes with the most beautiful yards will be selected approximately the second week of each month. The winner will be allowed to have the “Kingsridge Yard of the Month” sign in their yard until the next month’s recipient is chosen. Each recipient will also receive a $200 gift card!
The winner for the month of June was 1316 SW 105th Place.
The winner for the month of July was 11408 Kingsridge Terrace.
The winner for the month of August was 11304 Kingsgate Lane.

You can start early and begin to think about your December holiday decorating ideas! We will have our Kingsridge Annual Christmas Lights Contest once again! There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner.
The Kingsridge Semi-annual Neighborhood-wide Garage Sale dates are OCTOBER 16, 17 AND 18, 2025. The Homeowner’s Association will advertise the sale in The Oklahoman and place signs at the entrances to the addition. Each homeowner is responsible for conducting their sale, including obtaining a city permit, posting their signs, and paying sales tax. Click the following link to see how to obtain a permit.
